RM Homes & Pool systems is a subsidiary Company of Sampath Hardware & Constructions that has been in operation for over ten years during which period we have been engaged in the construction mainly of luxury houses.
We have constructed 17 luxury houses most of which are in highly residential areas such as Malabe, Pelawatte, Battaramulla, Thalawatugoda, Kaduwela etc. Each project undertaken is given much consideration to ensure that it is a beautiful, creative home with the many features which adds to its quality and elegance.

The fact that some houses at Kaduwela, constructed by us is now the property of customers from overseas, is just an example of the services provided by us.
