Air-conditioned bedrooms, with the Master bedroom on 1st floor and Family room in Basement with attached bathrooms, in which the Master bedroom fitted with a bathtub. All bathrooms equipped with a Solar panel hot water system. Special care has been given to the design of the structure with beautifully carved glazed double door type windows made out of Teak. Finished with an Exposed timber type ceiling roof completed out of Lunumidella and Red Balauw. Carefully thought out lighting & ventilation and a beautiful landscaped garden bordering lake. Fitted with lights to match interior and remote control roller shutter.
