Ground floor consisting of a spacious sitting area with a large “Void”, in which the 1st floor sitting areas overlooks the Ground floor sitting area. The ground floor with a visitor’s toilet, with the sitting and dinning areas with space allocated for a courtyard left open to sky.  With a large fully equipped pantry area with fitted cupboards completed out of Teak with granite tops opens on to the dinning area. With a separate maid’s kitchen built onto a lower elevation from the pantry. The dinning area with a wooden stairway completed out of Kumbuk, with the hand railings crafted out of Teak. The 1st floor consisting of two sitting areas, which opens out onto two separate balconies on front and rear elevations of the structure.  Spacious bedrooms, in which two of the bedrooms fitted with glazed door type windows opens out onto the rear balcony with a beautiful view of the paddy field.  The 1st floor bathroom equipped with hot water. The TV lounge beautifully finished with an Exposed timber type ceiling roof and the rest of the areas with a Timber ribbed ceiling completed out of Lunumidella. Special care has been given to the design of the structure with all sitting and dinning areas fitted with long glazed windows, in which all doors, windows and frames made out of Jak wood.  Carefully thought out lighting and ventilation. Fitted with lights to match interior.
